Encrypted in transit and at rest.

Everything you submit travels over HTTPS and is stored encrypted. Industry-standard encryption protects your data end-to-end.

Never sold to advertisers.

We don't sell your information to ad networks or unrelated third parties. Your data is only shared with the funding partner you're matched with.

No surprise credit pulls.

Applying with Program & Play is a soft inquiry only. A hard credit pull only happens if you accept an offer — and only by the lender funding the deal.

Need-to-know access.

Internally, your application is visible only to the people working on your match. We don't share it more broadly.

What we collect

Only what we need to find your funding match.

When you apply, we ask about your business: its name and address, your industry, time in business, monthly revenue, how much funding you need, and basic details about you as the owner — including your date of birth and a photo of your ID so we can confirm who you are.

Because funding partners decide based on cash flow, we also ask for your recent business bank statements — you can upload them, or connect your bank securely through Plaid so the data comes straight from your bank. We use this only to find your best funding match, and we share it only with the partner you're matched with.

Your Social Security number is never required to apply. We only ask for it as an optional step after you submit, and only because it can help a matched funding partner verify your offer faster. You can always skip it.

What we never do

Things we promise not to do with your information.

  • ·Sell your information to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated parties.
  • ·Pull a hard credit inquiry without your explicit consent.
  • ·Share your application beyond the funding partner you're matched with.
  • ·Spam you. We only contact you about your application.
