KGC and SOWN/TGS!
29 August 2010The last months have been pretty busy with many things running on: not long ago I posted a new experimental music game prototype, Orfeo, in my game page and submitted it to the ”Sense of Wonder Night” within the Tokyo Game Show which will take place on September 17 ( http://tgs.cesa.or.jp/index.html ). I am really happy to say that it […]

17 March 2010I was told by AKPeters that “On the Way to Fun” got good feedback at the recent GDC and sold pretty well!
Unfortunately I couldn’t attend this year but, in the meantime, I found this little widget that allows us to check for the sale rankings of a given book on Amazon. This being my first […]

2 December 2009I am very happy to announce that my book “On the Way to Fun” is going to be published by AKPeters and due in early March 2010 (in time for GDC!). I can’t wait to see it ready and to start teaching the game analysis framework illustrated there in my upcoming classes at DigiPen!
Back from KGC09
16 October 2009Like last year, I enjoyed this conference in Seoul really very much. Not only it is the biggest in Asia in terms of quantity (7 parallel tracks for 3 days!) but, in my opinion, it is also the one that offers the highest variety and quality across all game related disciplines. Unfortunately not all korean […]
On the way to fun
